Service Description

The origin of the word root comes from the Latin word, Radix, which means starting point. This month-long container is structured around your physical and energetic alignment to build a strong root network so you can really bloom. We will meet three times over a four-week period. Week one and three will be a 75-minute educational and experiential journey into feminine physical and energetic alignment and the last week of the month will be a 45-minute integration call. This beautiful offering is designed to awaken deep nourishment so you can build your energy body and biofield to hold more, which in turn opens you to create more of what you dream. You will have an understanding of the physical alignment and energetic alignment your womb needs with tools to support you for optimal womb and core health.
